Rapid demand growth revealed significant process gaps: inconsistent profit margins, delivery bottlenecks, slow order-to-cash cycles, and an unstructured operating rhythm that led to reactive fire-fighting rather than proactive management.
Our Approach: The Four Cs
Clarity: Completed the One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) defining core values and purpose, identified the core customer profile and value proposition, established brand promises around authenticity, fair pricing, and rapid dispatch with supporting KPIs, and set clear long-term vision with quarterly themes and priorities.
Confidence: Built leadership strength by implementing a Function Accountability Chart (FACe) across sales, delivery, and finance functions, installed consistent weekly and monthly meeting rhythms, and created talent development plans for key roles.
Control: Applied Rockefeller Habits discipline through daily huddles and weekly commercial meetings, improved order-to-cash cycle times using Process Accountability Chart (PACe) analysis, and created visible dashboards with 90-day priorities and key metrics.
Cashflow: Implemented cash acceleration through consistent pricing and margin discipline, developed a 13-week cash forecasting model, accelerated collections processes, and improved inventory turns and supplier terms.
